We’re pleased to share that Christian Geiser recently featured Onyx in his video, Free No-Code SEM in Ωnyx (Free No-Code SEM in Ωnyx – YouTube). During his review, he identified a bug: when deleting edges from constants fixed to zero, Onyx did not remove the edge correctly, leaving it dangling. We’re happy to report that this issue has been resolved in the latest stable release.
Christian also noted that the factor model wizard previously generated a default model without item intercepts. This has been addressed as well—item intercepts are now estimated by default.
